Evolution is real, and it is happening at Frends Beauty. For the last few months, we’ve been secretly and sometimes overtly working on a brand evolution campaign. This includes intelligently designing new internal processes to ensure that customer service remains our priority, working with brands that we don’t currently carry to come onboard when the new store opens (please believe, you are ALL going to go nuts when we start going public with this), a new corporate logo, a completely new website which is in the works, and segmenting our business verticals by type and assigning teams to support them…among other things.

While business is great, we’re of the opinion that stagnation even during good times ultimately sours. That said, we’re never ones to get comfortable so we’re always looking for ways to make our customers more happy. We think that an external brand evolution will continue to spur internal ingenuity, customer service experience practices, and the continued desire to be the best at what we do.

The evolved Frends Beauty will continue to roll out new things as the months progress, including a breakdown of our Beauty, Professional, and Academy segments; our new website; and our new location!
